Referral Process
1. Contact PineWay
Begin the referral conversation with our team.
2. Submit Information
Provide available assessments, diagnoses, medical information, behavioral information, educational records, legal/placement information, and current service information as applicable.
3. Individualized Review
PineWay reviews the individual's needs, level of functioning, support requirements, safety considerations, and program fit.
4. Admission Planning
When appropriate, PineWay collaborates with the individual and their support team to coordinate admission and establish individualized goals.
Important: Admission is not automatic. All referrals are reviewed individually to determine whether the individual's needs are consistent with the appropriate PineWay program, available services, staffing, and safety capabilities.
